現地の確認およびプロジェクト進行のための関係各者との調整と日本企業の進出状況報告
PT LOMBOK NEXT PATNERSで管理する敷地について、これからの土地の開発や販売手続きをスムーズにしていくために、敷地全体の境界杭の確認をいたしました。本プロジェクトを含む、会社での管理敷地は約２５ヘクタールと広大な面積があり、外周の境界確認だけでも徒歩で約１時間要します。敷地の購入の際にすべての土地において境界の確認と新しい境界杭の設置をしてありましたが、この数年の間にいくつかの境界杭が破損や抜けてしまったものがあり、復元のための確認を該当土地の村の責任者の立ち会いのもとに確認作業を行いました。
We checked the boundary posts on the entire land managed by PT LOMBOK NEXT PATNERS in order to make the future land development and sales procedures smoother. The land managed by the company, including this project, is a vast area of about 25 hectares, and it takes about an hour on foot just to check the outer boundary. When the land was purchased, the boundaries were checked and new boundary posts were installed on all the land, but some of the boundary posts have been damaged or removed over the past few years, so we conducted a check in the presence of the village manager of the relevant land to check for restoration.
インドネシアでは大きなプロジェクトを進めるにあたり、周辺の村々の協力や、それぞれの地域の責任者との連携や協力関係は必須になります。今回は本プロジェクトを成功させるために現地の有力者の方々の後ろ盾を取り付けてまいりました。今回の開発計画の一部の工事は西ヌサトゥンガラ州議員 Lalu Ivan Indaryadi氏 に依頼して進めていただいております。

ロンボク島への日本企業の進出状況について
ロンボク島の目覚ましい発展状況には世界各国の企業が注目しています。日本の企業についても続々と進出が続いており、現在のロンボク島のショッピングモールなどには日本で誰もが知るような企業も続々と進出しています。すでに人口４００万人規模の島になっており、目覚ましい経済成長により今後の発展が期待されています。ショッピングモールなどには主にミドル層以上のインドネシアの方々が利用していますが、日本と比較しても決して安くない商品単価ですが連日モール内は賑わっています。
Lombok’s remarkable development has attracted the attention of companies from all over the world. Japanese companies are also continuing to move into the island, and many of the well-known Japanese companies are now moving into Lombok’s shopping malls. The island already has a population of 4 million, and with its remarkable economic growth, future development is expected. Shopping malls are mainly frequented by Indonesians from the middle class and above, and although the prices of goods are by no means cheap compared to Japan, the malls are bustling every day.
