プロジェクトに関わる建設工事について進捗報告
【SEMELAR MARKET】
建物の建設はほぼ完成しました。あとは、外構工事の一部や細かな装飾や店舗内の設備の設置などを進めています。
The construction of the building is almost complete. We are currently working on some of the exterior construction, fine details of the decoration, and the installation of the equipment inside the store.
【SAKURA CAFE OPEN】
SEMELAR MARKET内にて日本ブランドのカフェ業態である「SAKURA CAFE」が６月１日からプレオープン、６月１７日からグランドオープンとなりました。日本の伝統的なお菓子である、たい焼きや日本のお茶なども楽しめるカフェとなっています。
SAKURA CAFE, a Japanese brand cafe, will have its pre-opening on June 1st and its grand opening on June 17th at SEMELAR MARKET. This cafe offers traditional Japanese sweets such as taiyaki and Japanese tea.
【今後の近隣区画の開発イメージ】
６月１日からオープンするSEMELAR MARKETに続き、来年初旬には日本ブランドでの共同事業プロジェクトであるレストランもオープンを予定しております。そしてその後、敷地内で自生しているココナッツを活用したオーガニックココナッツオイル工房や体験施設、宿泊施設なども予定しております。各開発プロジェクトはそれぞれの事業オーナーとの共同で運営する予定です。
現在予定している開発区画は既存区画も含めて面積は約８０００平米ほどの広さ、一方で弊社が管理させていただいている面積は全体で約２５万平米と広大です。ロンボク島の土地を活用することで適切に収益化できるモデルを積み上げ、様々な事業者とのコラボレーションをすることでスピード感を持って開発を進めていきたいと考えております。

Following the opening of SEMELAR MARKET on June 1st, a restaurant is scheduled to open early next year as a joint venture project with a Japanese brand. After that, we plan to open an organic coconut oil workshop using coconuts that grow naturally on the premises, an experience facility, and accommodation facilities. Each development project will be managed in collaboration with the respective business owners.
The currently planned development plot, including the existing plot, is approximately 8,000 square meters in area, while the area managed by our company is a vast 250,000 square meters in total. We would like to build a model that can be appropriately monetized by utilizing the land on Lombok, and proceed with development with a sense of speed by collaborating with various businesses.
