【旅行者・外国人向けツアー/アクティビティの開始】
2025年春頃からSAKURA CAFEがオープンし、地元の方々を中心に顧客を獲得してきました。そして、2026年11月にはいよいよ、
観光客や外国人向けのレストランである桜咲く(SAKURA SAKU）レストランがオープンいたします。
既存のSAKURA CAFEはローカル向けの設定にしているため顧客単価はおおよそ３万ルピア〜４万ルピア（300~400円）となっておりますが、新しいSAKURA SAKUでは顧客単価は８万〜１０万ルピア(800〜1000円）を基準に設定しております。
現地の方々には、お祝い事や特別な日などに利用していただき、それ以外は旅行者や外国人向けとなります。そして、観光客誘致の活動に伴い、様々なアクティビティもスタートしていく予定です。
ウエディング事業などはすでに、開始しておりますが、その他のサービスなどは年内にスタートをする予定で準備を進めております。
弊社の町づくりをしている場所の立地を活かしたものばかりで、単なる「リゾート開発」ではなく、まさに町づくりとして成長していける場所として様々な取り組みを今後も広げてまいります。

【Launch of Tours and Activities for Travelers and International Visitors】
Since opening around the spring of 2025, SAKURA CAFE has successfully built a customer base primarily among local residents. Now, in November 2026, we are set to open “SAKURA SAKU,” a restaurant specifically designed for tourists and international visitors.
While the existing SAKURA CAFE is geared toward locals—with an average spend of approximately 30,000 to 40,000 IDR (300–400 JPY)—the new SAKURA SAKU targets an average spend of 80,000 to 100,000 IDR (800–1,000 JPY).
We envision local residents using the venue for celebrations and special occasions, while the primary clientele otherwise will be travelers and international visitors. In conjunction with our efforts to attract tourists, we also plan to launch a variety of activities.
While wedding services are already underway, preparations are proceeding to launch other services within the year.
All these initiatives leverage the unique location of our community development project; rather than mere “resort development,” we are expanding a wide range of activities to foster growth as a true community.
