２０２６年下旬から建設を予定しているホテルのエントランスデザイン。
セコトンのSEMELAR BEACH近隣エリアの宿泊施設は1泊平均1万円〜1万５千円程度の価格帯の４つ星ホテル/リゾートと、
一泊平均３千円〜４千円程度のローカル向けの宿泊施設の価格帯が多く点在しております。
当社ではその中間のミドルクラス向けの宿泊施設を目指して設計を進めております。
[Hotel Entrance Design]
This is the entrance design for a hotel scheduled to begin construction in late 2026.
The area around Sekotong’s SEMELAR BEACH is home to a variety of accommodations, including four-star hotels and resorts with an average price range of around 10,000 to 15,000 yen per night, and local-oriented accommodations with an average price range of around 3,000 to 4,000 yen per night.
Our company is currently designing a middle-class accommodation facility in between these two categories.
